Starting September 7, 2023, the newest version of the payment integration — also known as the NAS platform — is available to new and existing users with stores that are not on an Enterprise plan

This upgrade will be released to Enterprise stores in the coming weeks.

Why did we build this?’s legacy ABC platform did not support automatic notifications between the BigCommerce control panel and the merchant account. 

This meant that some order actions, such as refunding an order or voiding an order with an authorized transaction, would not accurately update the order or payment status in both areas.

This upgrade uses’s NAS platform, which automatically syncs any changes to orders between your control panel and merchant account, ensuring that your order flow is up to date at all times.

How do I upgrade?

If you are connecting with for the first time, your store will be on the latest version by default. If you are currently using, you will need to complete the upgrade steps in order to use’s NAS platform. 

Before upgrading, note that the following payment methods and credit card brands are currently not supported in the latest version of

  • Alipay

  • Boleto Bancário

  • Carte Bancaires

  • KNET

  • Mada

  • SEPA Direct Debit

  • Union Pay

Once you’re using the latest version of, you will see the Notification URL field in the Settings tab of Settings › Payments, indicating that your orders’ payment actions are automatically synced between BigCommerce and Latest Version Blog Image
