Starting now until August 5, 2026, Feedonomics Surface users can sign up for our closed beta phases for marketplace connections, beginning with inventory and price synchronisation for Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop in the United States.

Marketplace connections: A new frontier

Until now, Feedonomics Surface has focused on helping you advertise your products. Marketplace connections open a new frontier: listing and managing your products directly on the platforms where millions of shoppers already buy. Marketplaces represent a significant share of online retail, and keeping your inventory and pricing accurate across each one is essential to avoiding overselling, cancellations, and account health issues.

Keep quantity and price syncing to your listings

This first phase of our marketplace beta centres on what matters most for sellers who already have listings live: keeping inventory and prices in sync. By connecting your BigCommerce store to your existing marketplace listings, Feedonomics Surface automatically keeps stock levels and pricing up to date, so your customers always see accurate availability and your catalogue stays consistent across every channel.

What's included in the beta

The closed beta supports price and inventory sync for the following marketplace channels in the United States:

• Amazon US (Fulfilled by Merchant)

• eBay US

• TikTok Shop US

During the beta, Feedonomics Surface will keep your stock quantities and prices updated on your connected marketplace listings, drawing directly from your BigCommerce data. This means:

• Accurate Availability — Stock levels stay synchronised so you reduce the risk of overselling and cancellations that hurt your seller metrics.

• Consistent Pricing — Price changes in BigCommerce flow through to your marketplace listings, keeping your catalogue aligned across channels.

• Centralised Management — Manage your marketplace sync alongside your existing advertising channels from a single Feedonomics Surface interface.

• Built on Your BigCommerce Data — Sync runs from your store as the source of truth, with no need to manage data in multiple places.

• Quantity and Price Rules — With customisation tools like Rules and Attribute Mapping on Retail you can customise quantity and price for each marketplace to create quantity buffers or increase prices by static amounts or by percentage calculations.

What's coming next

Inventory and price sync is the foundation. As the marketplace experience matures, we plan to expand support to include:

• Orders & Fulfilment — Sync marketplace orders back into BigCommerce for streamlined fulfilment (coming soon).

• Listing Creation & Maintenance — Create and manage new marketplace listings directly from Feedonomics Surface (targeted for the second half of 2026).

We're also evaluating additional countries based on seller interest, including the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Germany. The beta interest form lets you tell us where you'd like to sell, which directly informs our roadmap.

How do I sign up?

To request participation, submit the Early Access survey that appears in the Feedonomics Surface app or contact our support team.

If you are not currently using Feedonomics Surface, you can install the app in your store to request participation. Learn about Feedonomics Surface for app information and installation instructions.

After your form submission has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email from our Product team letting you know that your selected marketplace channels are available in your Surface app, along with instructions for connecting them and syncing your products.
