BigCommerce has integrated its e-Commerce platform with the Happy Returns suite of returns software and reverse logistics infrastructure. Through Happy Returns’ Online Return and Exchange Service (ORES), BigCommerce merchants can offer their customers the ability to initiate returns online and choose either a refund or a site credit.

Along with enabling ecommerce on its own services, Facebook is working with big name e-commerce service providers such as Shopify and BigCommerce to make it easy for sellers to publish their catalogues to Facebook and set up their stores through these platforms.
Starting today, you’ll be able to browse and buy products directly from a business’ Facebook Page or Instagram profile.
On Facebook Shops, users' payment methods and shipping addresses will already be stored. Facebook will partner with ecommerce companies Shopify and BigCommerce to handle logistics.
BigCommerce, for example, reported on May 12, 2020, that “pandemic panic-buying is leveling out, and people are starting to return to more of their normal spending habits.”
